摘要：安全級(jí)控制顯示裝置是核電廠操作員與數(shù)字化核安全級(jí)DCS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行交互的人機(jī)接口。其能夠以圖形和文字的方式向用戶顯示核反應(yīng)堆運(yùn)行狀況和DCS系統(tǒng)本身設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況，用戶可通過安全顯示設(shè)備對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備進(jìn)行操作。安全控制顯示設(shè)備采用觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)控制功能、監(jiān)視功能，觸摸屏坐標(biāo)的正確性會(huì)成為關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。電阻觸摸屏長期運(yùn)行可能出現(xiàn)坐標(biāo)偏移，本文對觸摸屏校準(zhǔn)功能進(jìn)行了需求分析，提出了一種“四點(diǎn)校準(zhǔn)、四點(diǎn)確認(rèn)”的觸摸屏校準(zhǔn)方案，對方案進(jìn)行了安全分析與設(shè)計(jì)，對校準(zhǔn)步驟進(jìn)行了闡述，對實(shí)現(xiàn)了此功能的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證與系統(tǒng)測試。實(shí)現(xiàn)觸摸屏校準(zhǔn)功能的SCID已經(jīng)在首臺(tái)套陽江56號(hào)機(jī)組進(jìn)行了成功應(yīng)用。

Abstract: The safety level control and display device is a man-machine interface for nuclear power plant operator to interact with digitalnuclear safety level DCS system. It can display the operation statusof nuclear reactor and the operation status of the DCS system's ownequipment to the user in the form of graphics and text. Users canoperate the field equipment through the safety display equipment.Safety control and display equipment uses touch screen to realizecontrol function and monitoring function. The accuracy of the touchscreen coordinates will become a key indicator. Long-term operation of the resistive touch screen may cause coordinate shifts. In this paper, theneeds of the touch screen calibration function are analyzed, and a "fourpoint calibration, four-point confirmation" touch screen calibration scheme is proposed. The scheme is safely analyzed and designed.The calibration steps it elaborated and implemented verification and system testing on the products that realized this function. SCID, which realizes the touch screen calibration function, has been successfully applied in the first set of Yangjiang 56 Unit.
