摘要:拒動(dòng)率測(cè)試是驗(yàn)證核電廠反應(yīng)堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)(RPS)拒動(dòng)率指標(biāo)的有效手段, 但是拒動(dòng)率測(cè)試要求的測(cè)試次數(shù)龐大,采用人工測(cè)試的手段,存在執(zhí)行效率低、耗費(fèi)周期過(guò)長(zhǎng)不可執(zhí)行的問(wèn)題。為此,本文針對(duì)拒動(dòng)率指標(biāo)測(cè)試要求,提出了一種采用測(cè)試裝置開(kāi)展自動(dòng)測(cè)試的方案,通過(guò)拒動(dòng)率測(cè)試需求分析及自動(dòng)測(cè)試裝置設(shè)計(jì),建立并實(shí)現(xiàn)了拒動(dòng)率自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),并基于ACPR1000 RPS系統(tǒng)對(duì)拒動(dòng)率自動(dòng)測(cè)試進(jìn)行實(shí)踐。實(shí)踐表明,本文提出和建立的自動(dòng)測(cè)試方案能有效完成拒動(dòng)率指標(biāo)的測(cè)試要求,大大節(jié)約了測(cè)試資源和成本,具有較大應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Abstract: Rejection rate is an important specification of nuclear power plant (NPP) reactor protection system (RPS), but the number of tests required is huge. If manual testing is used, there will be matters of low execution efficiency, long cycle and unenforceability.In this paper, a scheme of automatic test by test device is proposed.Through analysis of the test requirement of the rejection rate of RPS and the design of automatic test device, the automatic test system of rejection rate is established and realized. Based on RPS system, the automatic test system of rejection rate is practiced.Practice shows that the automatic test scheme proposed and established in this paper can effectively fulfill the test requirements of rejection rate, greatly save testing resources and costs . It has great application value.
