摘要：隨著科技的進(jìn)步和自動化技術(shù)的發(fā)展，機(jī)器制造業(yè)發(fā)生了很大的變革，更多的自動化系統(tǒng)融入到了傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械設(shè)備中，從而使機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)變得更加緊湊和簡練，設(shè)備的自動化和智能化水平也得到了提高。根據(jù)工藝需求，以貝加萊PP500平板式控制器為核心，設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)了折頁機(jī)自動化控制系統(tǒng)，本文概述了折頁機(jī)的設(shè)備與工藝，簡介了貝加萊PP500平板控制器的性能，著重討論了基于PP500的折頁機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明，該控制器系統(tǒng)功能強(qiáng)大、可靠性高，完全能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Abstract: With the progress of science and technologies and the development of automatics, the prodigious changes have taken place in machine manufacturing industry. More automation systems have been blended with the traditional mechanical equipment, thus the machine structure has become still more compact and succinct, and the automation and intelligent level of the equipment has also been greatly improved. On the basis of the technological requirements, the automatic control system of the folding machine is designed and developed by taking the controller of POWER PANEL 500 made by B&R as the core.In this paper, we outline the equipment and technologies of the folding machine, and the performances of POWER PANEL 500 are also briefly introduced. The folding machine control system based on PP500 is discussed in emphasis in this paper.The production practice indicates that the control system is of powerful functions, high reliability, which can fully satisfy theneeds of the design.
