摘要:為應(yīng)對(duì)智能電廠建設(shè)和發(fā)電行業(yè)智能化發(fā)展的要求,業(yè)界對(duì)電廠控制系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的發(fā)展和演進(jìn)做設(shè)想和展望。本文基于智能制造系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和智能電廠發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,推導(dǎo)出智能電廠生態(tài),明確智能電廠與智能電廠生態(tài)的依賴關(guān)系,提出設(shè)備供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)建立產(chǎn)品的開放式服務(wù)平臺(tái),這些平臺(tái)共同構(gòu)成智能電廠生態(tài)。為控制系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商設(shè)計(jì)智能控制系統(tǒng)服務(wù)平臺(tái),給出平臺(tái)的整體架構(gòu)與核心功能,平臺(tái)的三項(xiàng)主要服務(wù)為“全生命周期服務(wù)、運(yùn)維增值服務(wù)、開放共享服務(wù)”,并對(duì)這三項(xiàng)服務(wù)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行說(shuō)明與探討,并舉例對(duì)其功能和效果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of intelligent power plant construction and intelligent development of the power generation industry, make assumptions and prospects for the development of power plant control system products and services. Based on the intelligent manufacturing system architecture and the development status of smart power plants, the intelligent power plant ecosystem is derived, and the dependence of intelligent power plants and intelligent power plant ecosystem is clarified. It is proposed that equipment suppliers should establish open service platforms for their products, which together constitute the intelligent power plant ecosystem. Design an intelligent control system service platform for the control system service provider, and provide the overall architecture and core functions of the platform. The three main services of the platform are "full life cycle service", "operation and maintenance value-added service" and "open sharing service". The contents of these three services are explained and discussed, and examples of their functions and effects are elaborated.
