摘要:工業(yè)控制現(xiàn)場的設(shè)備層具有設(shè)備種類繁多、接口類型復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn),各種設(shè)備與系統(tǒng)的集成和工程實(shí)施成了智能工廠建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵。本文提出的基于容器技術(shù)的新型智能網(wǎng)關(guān),不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)等功能,同時基于容器的技術(shù)具有網(wǎng)關(guān)自動部署、遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)、無擾升級等特點(diǎn),在滿足不同工業(yè)現(xiàn)場通信需求的基礎(chǔ)上,降低了用戶實(shí)施與維護(hù)的難度。

Abstract: The equipment layer of the industrial control site has many kinds of equipment and complex interface types. The integration of various equipment and systems is the key success factor in the construction of smart factories. The new intelligent gateway based on containerization technology proposed in this paper not only realizes on-site industrial data collection,data forwarding, data entry into the cloud, etc., but also uses the characteristics of containerization technology to realize the features of automatic deployment, and non-disruptive upgrade, which reduces the difficulty of user implementation and maintenance on the basis of meeting different industrial field communication needs.
