德國萊茵TÜV集團功能安全業務部針對長城汽車股份有限公司功能安全標準ISO26262企業內訓成功召開

2012年5月28日至30日，德國萊茵TÜV集團功能安全業務部為河北省保定市長城汽車股份有限公司進行了為期三天的道路車輛方向ISO26262功能安全企業內訓課程，長城汽車研究院的車輛底盤部門、動力部門、電子電氣部門、新能源部門、車輛安全工程部門、可靠性工程研究院及電控工程研究院等部門的部長、科長、工程師等135人參加了此次培訓。萊茵大中華區功能安全資深經理趙斌先生擔任此次培訓課程的講師。培訓過程中就功能安全管理、軟硬件研發、安全相關總線等內容做了詳細的講解，學員積極響應，和講師形成良好互動，氣氛十分熱烈。本次培訓旨在通過對功能安全標準的講解、業內經驗的分享，幫助企業、人員、產品在設計中滿足ISO26262標準的要求。



近年來，汽車行業的發展突飛猛進，產品的質量和安全問題不容忽視，汽車電子產品在安全設計上的缺陷，給司機和乘坐人員的生命安全帶來了隱患，隨之而來的召回事件給企業帶來巨額的經濟損失。隨著人們生活水平的提高，人們越來越重視人身安全；同時，隨著汽車電子產品設計復雜程度的不斷提高，軟件在汽車電子的大量應用，產品的功能安全問題越來越受到重視，企業為了降低產品中的隱患，降低召回成本，也開始重視產品的安全問題，汽車產品將進入一個以安全為主導的新時期。適合這些車輛及系統的法規出臺就很有必要，ISO 26262 對這些車輛和系統作出了功能性的安全要求。TÜV萊茵功能安全培訓能幫助工程師（或者功能安全領域的人員）加深知識理解、積累豐富經驗，以使他們根據國際標準ISO26262在功能安全領域獲得世界公認的實際知識和經驗。

TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Department held a successful in-house-training for Great Wall Motor Company Limited on Automotive design acc. to ISO 26262

On May 28th-30th, TÜV Rheinland held a three-day training on Automotive ISO26262 Functional Safety for Great Wall Motor Company Limited which located in Baoding, Heibei province. 135 people, who in Research Institute of vehicle chassis sector, power sector, electrical sector, new energy sector, vehicle safety engineering sector, reliability engineering and electrical engineering sector, attend this training. Mr. Zhao Bin, senior manager of Functional Safety in Greater China TÜV Rheinland, is the trainer. He showed a detailed explanation on functional safety management, HW/SW development, safety related Bus-systems etc., and got great success. With knowing about the standard and sharing experiences, the training helped clients meet the requirement of standard on ISO 26262.

In the recent years, auto industry improved rapidly. Quality and safety should be considered seriously. The potential hazard in defect of automotive electronic products design will threaten driver and passenger. And the recall will bring great loss to the company. With the improvement of people’s living standard, people begin to pay much more consideration on safety. At the same time, the automotive electronic products design becomes more complex. Software is widely used in automotive electronic, people pay more attention to Functional Safety. In order to reduce potential hazard, avoid recall cost, company begin to consider safety of their products. Vehicles enter a new period of safety. It would be necessary for the legally come out of the standard of ISO26262, which requires functional safety on automotive and systems.
